This page explains what information may be generated when you visit kocaksandalye.com, how data is used when you contact us through the site, and the general security approach we follow. You do not need to give us your name, surname or telephone number simply to browse the site.

2. When you contact us
When you use the contact or quotation form, the details you choose to enter reach us: name and surname, telephone, optional e-mail, the product and stock code you are interested in, the quantity and your message. Your IP address and the date and time of submission are added to the request; these two are used to limit abuse.
This information is used to:
- assess your request and reply to you;
- give you information on price, product or delivery;
- settle the model, fabric, colour and dimension options before an order;
- follow up your request or complaint.
3. Accounts and payments
No user account or customer account is created on kocaksandalye.com. No online card payment is taken through the site and payment card details are never requested.

5. Third party services
Some pages include content and links served from outside the site:
- Google Maps: the location maps on the contact page. The map is not loaded when the page opens; it loads only when you choose to display it.
- Cloudflare Stream: used to serve our brand film. On the home page the film loads only when you press play. On the About page the film runs as a background at the top of the page and therefore loads when the page opens.
- WhatsApp: if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the link takes you to that provider's app or website and the conversation is then subject to their terms.
When this content loads, your browser communicates directly with the provider's servers, and your IP address and technical connection details may be sent to them. Third party services may process personal data, use cookies or similar technologies, and process data in different countries; their use is therefore assessed together with the technical configuration of the site and the applicable data protection obligations.
6. Our security approach
Appropriate technical and administrative security measures are applied to the site and the communication infrastructure in order to reduce risks such as unauthorised access, misuse and data loss. Depending on the nature of the risk, these include connection security, access controls, system updates, protection of records and limits on automated abuse.
As no transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can provide absolute security, these measures do not amount to a guarantee of absolute security.
7. Advertising and tracking technologies
As at the date of the technical review (26 August 2026), the site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any similar advertising or tracking technology for behavioural advertising or remarketing.
