What people ask before requesting a quote

Quotes and orders
Why are there no prices on the site?
Every product is made to order. The model, the finish, the upholstery fabric and the quantity all affect the price directly, so publishing a single list price would be misleading. Send us the model name and we will prepare a quote based on your choices.
How do I request a quote?
We work in three steps. First we settle on the model, the wood finish and the upholstery fabric together. Then we calculate the price and delivery date for your quantity and choices and send them to you. Production starts only after your approval; nothing is made before that.
Do you take bulk and project orders?
Yes. We produce in volume for cafes, restaurants, hotels and similar projects. Because the workable quantity changes with the model and the request, we do not publish a fixed minimum: tell us what you need and we will confirm it for you. Sharing the requirement early helps us settle on the right model and finish faster.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the model, the quantity and the availability of the fabric you choose. Rather than quote a general number of days, we give you a specific delivery date together with your quote. Production begins only after you approve it.
Products and custom production
Are the products solid wood?
We use solid wood in the product frames. We preserve the natural grain of the wood and apply surface treatments suited to the model and the look you want.
Can you upholster with my own fabric?
Yes. You can send us your own fabric or share a sample you have, and we will upholster with it.
Can I buy an unfinished frame?
Yes. Koçak Sandalye is a manufacturer; on request, models can be prepared and delivered as raw, unfinished frames.
Can I change the colour and the finish?
Yes. Depending on the model, the wood tone, the surface treatment and the upholstery options can all be changed. That way the same model can be prepared for a home, a restaurant, a cafe or a hotel.
Where can I see the product dimensions?
Dimensions for some models are not published on the site yet. Ask us on WhatsApp or by phone for the width, depth, height and seat height of the model you are interested in and we will send them straight away.
Delivery and the workshop
Do you ship outside Ankara?
Production takes place in our workshop in Siteler, Ankara. After approval each chair is inspected individually and dispatched to the address you give us. Shipping details are shared together with the quote.
Can I visit the workshop and store?
Yes, you are welcome to come to the workshop and store and see the models, the wood colours and the upholstery options in person. We are open 08:00 to 18:00 on weekdays and 08:00 to 13:00 at weekends. Let us know the day in advance and we will have the models you are interested in ready.
