Luna belongs to the same crossed leg family as Vera and Selva; what sets it apart is the wide, flat arms. Each arm runs forward from the rear leg in one piece and joins the front leg, with no separate support beneath it.
The back panel is woven cane and sits at a slight recline. Cane lets the back breathe, so it stays cooler than an upholstered back through long meetings and long meals.
It suits a desk, a meeting table and the head of a dining table. The photographs show the bare frame alongside the walnut stained version with a petrol green fabric upholstered seat.
Materials and fabric
Solid beech crossed legs and wide flat arms with a natural woven cane back panel. In the upholstered version the seat is padded and covered in upholstery fabric.
Care
Wipe the wood with a soft, damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners. Clean the cane back with a dry brush or a vacuum brush on low power, and never wet it. Treat stains on the fabric seat promptly and locally with a lightly dampened cloth.
